TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Filming Duration

The filming period at the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park (MBR Solar Park) must not exceed the number of days specified in this Agreement.

Usage Rights

The external party agrees that all footage captured at the MBR Solar Park shall be used solely for the approved promotional purposes specified in this Agreement.

Content Approval

All final footage, including related visuals and supporting content, must be submitted to DEWA’s Corporate Brand Team for review and formal approval prior to any public release, publication, or distribution.

Drone Filming

The external party is solely responsible for obtaining all required drone permits, regulatory approvals, no-objection certificates, and any other authorisations from the relevant authorities prior to filming.

Logistical Support

DEWA will provide reasonable assistance and coordination, including access facilitation and on-site support, to ensure a smooth, secure, and efficient filming process.

Confidentiality & Security

Filming must not include any restricted areas, sensitive equipment, confidential information, or personnel unless expressly authorised in writing by DEWA. DEWA reserves the right to review and require the removal of any such content.

Brand Representation

DEWA’s name, logo, trademarks, and branding elements must be used accurately, respectfully, and in accordance with applicable brand guidelines. They must not be altered, distorted, or misrepresented in any manner. Any co-branding activities require DEWA’s prior written approval.

Credits & Acknowledgment

DEWA shall be appropriately credited in the final content using the following acknowledgment (or another approved format):
"Filmed at the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park – Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA)."

Insurance & Liability

The external party shall maintain valid insurance coverage for its personnel, equipment, and any liabilities arising during the filming period. DEWA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim resulting from the filming activities.

Right to Revoke Access

DEWA reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate filming activities at any time if safety, operational, security, or compliance concerns arise.
