SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) FUNDAMENTALS
COURSE DESCRIPTION
DEWA’s Sustainability & Innovation Centre organises the 1st Cycle of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Fundamentals. The training is in collaboration with Bureau Veritas. Participants will gain proficiency in technical basics on PV systems including project development and operation, system design and modelling, types of solar contracting and financial analysis as well as knowledge in solar project quality, reliability, and risks. The training concludes with a site visit to a solar PV testing facility to gain deeper understanding on components, cleaning and monitoring systems. Upon successful completing of the training course and examination, participants will receive a professional certificate.
