Terms and Conditions *

I have read and accepted the following Terms & Conditions : -

Intellectual Property Waiver : The Participant agrees that all discoveries, inventions, improvements, processes, know-how, designs (collectively “Intellectual Property”) discovered, conceived researched, made, designed or developed by the Participant solely or jointly with others related to the Entry, before and during the CleanTech Youth Program period and for 6 moths after, if related to the Entry, are the Intellectual Property of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).

The Participant herby irrevocably assigns to DEWA all his rights, title and interest in and to such Intellectual Property, including all the Moral Rights. The Participant will deliver to DEWA all files, documents, sketches, electronic data or media in connection therewith, and accepts to sign any assignment documents, if required.

The Participant warrants that the Entry is and will be Participant’s own original work and does not and will not infringe the Intellectual Property or Proprietary Rights of any third party.

Confidentiality : The Applicant agrees to treat confidentially all the information provided by DEWA, all the information accessed during the CleanTech Youth Program and/or all the information related to the Entry.

Publicity : Except where prohibited, by participating in the CleanTech Youth Program, Participant consents to the use of his/her name, photo and personal information. Participants must obtain prior approval from DEWA, thorough the Solar Innovation team, before posting any information on social media.

Location : Participants agree to attend the full days of the CleanTech Youth Program, which include physically attending the program in the Solar Innovation Centre, the field trips that are organized by the program, and the WETEX program, abiding to its rules and official timings at Solar Innovation Centre.
