INSTRUCTIONS:
General: Discount codes are available for IEEE members and students upon proof of eligibility.

All participants who wish to avail of the Late Registration prices must ensure to apply for the discount code (as applicable from the specified categories) on or before 10th November 2023. These discount codes will remain valid only until 14th November 2023 to allow participants to complete payment and finalize registration for the conference.
Please be informed that no discount codes will be issued to participants between 10th November to 14th November 2023.
All discount codes issued to participants after 14th November 2023 will be in accordance with the On Site Registration prices (across all categories).

For IEEE Members:

To receive IEEE Member Rates, provide your current IEEE Membership Number.
Submit the IEEE Membership Form and provide validation of your IEEE Membership Number. This is your registration or membership renewal email.
If registering multiple IEEE members, repeat the above steps for each member to receive multiple discount codes.

After validating your information and eligibility, a discount code will be sent to your email to complete registration and payment.

For Students:

To receive student rates, provide your valid student ID.
Submit the Student Form and upload a valid Student ID. If you are an IEEE student, also upload your IEEE membership document to avail of an additional discount.

For Groups

The group discount of 20% is offered for groups of 10 or more individuals. Group sizes less than 10 will not be eligible for a group discount.
To avail the group discount, a valid coupon code (IEEG-20Reg) must be applied during the purchase process.
The coupon code is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided to be considered valid.
The group discount offer is subject to availability and may be limited based on seat availability.
Payment is non-refundable.
