Once an abstract is submitted, the presenting author must register for the conference.

IEEE Policies

Acceptance of IEEE policies are required to register for this event. Transferring copyright is a necessary requirement for publication of your abstract. Once you have received your acceptance notice, and during the submission of your final abstract, you will be contacted to sign and submit the copyright form to which you acknowledge that:

Abstract Submission Deadline is April 30th

Abstract Guidelines

Make sure that your Evaluation Document (English language) is no more than 3 pages in length, and includes these main points:

  • Full title of the paper
  • Full author list and affiliation
  • Introduction or background of the paper topic
  • Main experimental and/or theoretical results
  • Analysis of the results, clear exposition of the main findings
  • Discussion of the significance of the work for the field
  • Summary of the work
  • References
  • Evaluation documents are limited to 3 pages and the file must be uploaded in PDF format.
